Free Facepainting OCN Level 2 Course
During the current economic climate many schools and community groups are looking for courses to help with funding. In order to help you to support your schools/groups KRL are offering a Face Painting OCN level 2 course at no cost to yourselves. For this to work we ask you to send out fliers (which we provide) and provide a room for up to 30 people on a date of your choosing. The organisations pay £100 plus VAT for the course which is OCN Level 2 accredited . We do all the paperwork, run the course on the day, pay for lunch/refreshments, provide the fundraising packs and do the accreditation. This course provides the theory and background to face painting, but is mainly a practical based course providing exercises in the art itself and proving that everyone can face paint successfully and have fun too! The course covers: equipment skin care basic principles dealing with children and their parents techniques for successful face painting special effects practical face painting As part of the course each delegate will receive a professional face painting kit (for over 700 faces) including paints, brushes, sponges, display photographs and other relevant equipment to use and take away with them. Some organisations including Connexions have been providing creative courses as a way of encouraging self esteem and confidence building skills for their young people too. |
