2.1 Identify the developmental needs of children 0-2 years, 2-5 years, 5-8 years e.g. physical, intellectual, language, emotional, social 2.2 Discuss how these needs may change with children in certain circumstances e.g. hospitalisation, bereavement, physical disabilities, learning difficulties
3.1 Identify how developmental needs can be met in each area – physical, intellectual, language, social, emotional 3.2 Describe some of the consequences if the developmental needs are not met
