3.     Recognise skills used in developing an event.

4.     Recognise the needs and interests of the school / organisation with regard to the development of an event.

5.     Recognise the purpose of the school’s / organisation’s support groups.

6.     Recognise the importance of confidentiality.

1.1     Offer appropriate contributions to group discussions / activities.

2.1     Identify an event appropriate to the school / organisation.

2.2     Plan an element of the event.

3.1     Describe at least 3 skills used when developing an event.

4.1     Explain the needs and interests of the school / organisation in relation to the organisation of an event.

5.1     Describe at least 2 ways in which a support group (e.g. PTA, Friends of the School      Association) could be of benefit to the school /      organisation.

6.1     Explain why confidentiality within a school / organisation’s environment is important.
