1.1    Describe and comment on the differences in his/her behaviour in a range of situations e.g. dealing with a person in authority, a family member or group

 

2.1    Outline how he/she might deal more confidently with the situations he/she found difficult

 

 

3.1    Describe how accepting constructive criticism is a natural part of confident behaviour

 

4.1    Demonstrate in a range of situations, the ability to make considered choices in a positive manner and give reasons for the choices made e.g. participation in meetings, making a reservation

 

5.1    Produce an action plan which identifies and records realistic personal goals

 

 

6.1  Demonstrate the use of at least three relaxation techniques to combat nervousness and anxiety and explain their effects.
